Suji also known as semolina, is the coarse, purified wheat middling s of durum wheat. The word semolina can also refer to sweet dessert made from semolina and milk.The term semolina is also used to designate coarse middling s from other varieties of wheat, and from other grains, such as rice and maize.

Wheat Suji is made by separating the en do-sperm from the wheat, and then grinding it into powdered form to obtain the Suji.

Culinary Usage
